Teo Poh Siang PBM
Managing Director
A pioneer in Singapore’s strata management landscape, Teo Poh Siang founded Wisely 98 Pte Ltd with a vision to redefine property management through expertise, innovation, and integrity. With over 30 years of experience, he is widely regarded as a leading voice in the MCST and property management industry.
A graduate of the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Real Estate (Valuation) (Hons), Poh Siang brings academic insight and real-world leadership together to drive practical, effective management solutions.
As an Accredited Strata Manager, Registered Salesperson, and certified trainer, he is committed to nurturing talent and advancing industry standards. His role as former President of the Association of Strata Managers underscores his influence in shaping the profession.
The author of the industry-acclaimed “A Practical Guide to Strata Management in Singapore”, Poh Siang continues to inspire excellence across the sector. His outstanding contributions have earned him the Public Service Medal (PBM), a national recognition of his service to the community and the industry.
